      Terms and Conditions for Payment of User Fees

      • Payment Cycle: For monthly payment plans, service charges and other charges related to service use (e.g. taxes, transaction fees, etc.) are charged monthly to the payment method registered on the date of the start of the paid service. In some cases, such as when the registered payment method is not processed normally or when a paid plan is initiated on a date that does not exist in a particular month, the payment date may change. You can check the payment date on the Profile - Plan Management page.
      • Payment method: To use VOLI's paid service, you can go to the 'Plan Information' page, select the plan you want, and pay for it to start using it. VOLI's subscription plan is to charge monthly for initial payments and VOLI authorizes you to continue billing for payment methods and means. VOLI allows you to update your members' payment methods using the information provided by your payment service provider. A subscription plan member authorizes you to charge the payment method associated with your account if the default payment method is rejected or is no longer available for subscription fee payments. The member is responsible for the outstanding amount. If the member does not cancel the account even though the payment has not been processed normally due to expired or insufficient balance, the member's use of the service may be restricted until the claim is completed with a valid payment method. For some payment methods, the issuer may charge the member a fee, such as an overseas transaction fee or any other payment method handling fee. Local taxes may vary depending on the payment method used. Check your payment method service provider for more information.
      • Charges and Services Change: VOLI may change its service plan from time to time, but any fee or service change will take effect at the following payment cycle after 30 days of notice to the member of the change.

      Change the plan

      • Members can change their monthly payment plans at any time, and if they do, they will be changed based on the payment date. If you change your current plan to a higher plan, the remaining downloadable time of the previous plan will be extended to the following month's new payment date based on the new payment date. On the other hand, if you change to a sub-plan, it will change from the next payment date.
    • Subscription cancellation and refund information

      • Members can cancel their subscription to the VOLI service at any time. If you cancel, you can continue to use the VOLI service corresponding to the plan they paid for until the end of the monthly payment period. To cancel your subscription, please go to the 'Profile-My plan' page and follow the instructions for canceling your plan. If you cancel your subscription, the services provided on your paid plan will automatically stop at the end of the current payment period.

      • If you cancel your monthly payment plan subscription and apply for a payment or refund through the customer center, you will be refunded after deducting a small fee, such as a payment fee, if you have never used the service after the payment is made. If you use the service, you will be refunded after limiting certain expenses such as fees and payment fees for the period you used. Payment cannot be canceled or refunded if requested after 7 days, and the service will continue until the end of the payment period.
